I listen to my SMEs with an analytical ear to determine the instructional need, as well as the strengths, opportunities for improvement, and motivations of my learner group.

I follow research-based learning methods and strategies to design the learning. I analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. These steps may be revisited multiple times, as instructional design is not always linear.

Learnings may be delivered in a variety of ways, whether it's blended learning, an ILT, eLearning, or a job aid. My work is effective and engaging, as I thrive on creativity and innovation.

eLearning courses are created through Articulate Rise and Storyline from a given outline, storyboard, or other ID document. I use a variety of interactive modules, quizzes, animations, and videos.

I teach skills to small or large groups of people through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.

Storyboards, scripts, lesson plans, and other instructional design documents are organized and intuitive.
